央行阻貶 外匯存底創12年最大減額

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

中央銀行今（5）日公布今（2022）年9月外匯存底金額5411.07億美元，較8月底再減少43.75億美元，不僅已連續3個月減少，更創近12年來最大減額，主要受外匯存底投資運用收益及主要貨幣對美元匯率變動影響，還有就是央行為維持外匯市場穩定進場調節所致。對於近來外匯市場波動大，引發市場對金融風暴再起的擔憂，央行強調，我國持有外幣流動性無虞，因應整體波動沒問題。
央行外匯局長蔡烱民指出，9月市場波動較大，美元指數升值了3.14%下，使得非美貨幣都承受貶值壓力，英鎊就貶值5.1%，加拿大幣也貶了4.67%、澳幣貶值5.74%、日圓貶了4.24%、人民幣亦貶值3.02%、星幣貶了2.73%、新台幣則貶值4.46%，央行調節匯市金額也擴大，9月外匯存底減少金額亦創2010年11月以來、近12年以來新高。
不過，蔡烱民說，其實今年4月外匯存底也曾減少37億元，還有去年3月也曾一度減少42.8億元，當然，影響新台幣的重要因素包括外資、壽險公司進出及出口商結匯，他也表示，在市場供需失衡情況下，央行調節沒有價格門檻，會適度進場調節。

蔡烱民也向廠商喊話，央行會持續與廠商溝通，希望廠商買賣匯都能盡量分散、不要過於集中，尤其不要有預期心而加速結售或惜售，分散一些，市場供需就平衡一點。
喇叭天線 另外，根據央行統計，9月外資匯出本金加盈餘共80多億美元，9月外資持有國內股票及債券餘額4369億美元，創2020年以7月來新低，約當外匯存底81%，亦是2020年5月以來新低。
至於市場擔心金融風暴再起，蔡烱民分析，如果美國經濟可軟著陸，沒有太多修正或通膨率加速下滑，美國升息就可能減緩，市場可能就平穩一點，就整個來看，美國貨幣政策還是影響市場最大，近期市場波動確實很大，部分國家可能會出狀況，但我國相對外幣流動性高，因應整體波動沒問題。
